A viewing, your own survey and your own solicitor. Nothing is agreed until you are ready.
Terms in writing
Every arrangement is agreed in writing before anyone commits. The purchase itself runs between solicitors.
Redress and Data
If something goes wrong.
Every client has an independent route to put a complaint right and a clear record of how their details are used.
