Does it cost anything to join the investor list?
No. Joining is free and there's no obligation. A sourcing fee only ever applies if you choose to proceed with a specific opportunity, and it's agreed in writing before you commit.
Do I have to use your management service?
No — but it's the reason most investors work with us. We source with operating knowledge because we run properties ourselves, and the same team can take yours from completion to first booking in about a week.
Are you regulated?

Do you guarantee returns?
