Important Terms
- Sellers never pay us a fee — if you're selling your own property, the cost side sits with the buyer, not you.
- Referral rewards for introduced properties are agreed with you in writing, per introduction, before anything proceeds.
- Rewards are payable only if and when the deal completes — no completion, no payment.
- Only introduce properties where the owner is happy to be contacted; we contact owners with their consent, not cold.

Does it cost me anything to send you a property?
No. Submitting a property or a lead is free. If you are selling to us or through our investor network, we do not charge sellers a fee.
Will I get less than market value?
It depends on the property and your priorities. Properties that need work or need a fast, certain sale typically trade below full retail price — that trade-off is the speed and certainty. We assess every property against real sold comparables and are upfront about the numbers before you commit to anything.
How and when is a referral reward paid?
If you introduce a property you don't own — as an agent, sourcer or spotter — any reward is agreed with you in writing per introduction, and is payable only if and when the deal completes. No completion, no payment, no surprises.
What happens after I submit a property?
We review the details against real sold comparables in the area and reply within one working day. If it fits, we arrange next steps with you directly; if it doesn't, we tell you plainly and keep your details on file only if you ask us to.
