- Only introduce properties where the owner is happy to be contacted; we contact owners with their consent, not cold.
- We look at every property that comes in — and we'll tell you plainly when something isn't for us.

Does it cost me anything to send you a property?
No. Sending us a property is free. On a sale the buyer pays our fee and you pay nothing.
Will I get less than market value?
It depends on the property and your priorities. Properties that need work or need a fast, certain sale typically trade below full retail price — that trade-off is the speed and certainty. Any offer comes from the buyer and is in writing before you commit to anything.
What happens after I submit a property?
We take the details and keep them on file. If it fits, we arrange next steps with you directly; if it doesn't, we tell you plainly and keep your details on file only if you ask us to.
