If you proceed, we support the negotiation and stay involved through conveyancing to completion. Our sourcing fee is agreed in writing here — payable only on completion.

Only if you proceed with a specific opportunity — agreed in writing at the offer stage and payable on completion. Joining the list and receiving deal packs is free.

Am I committed to anything by viewing a deal?

No. You can pass on any opportunity at any stage before you instruct us to proceed. Passing doesn't affect what you're shown next.

How long does the whole journey take?

Matching depends on your criteria and what surfaces — it can be weeks or months. Once a purchase completes, setup to first booking typically takes around 7 days.
