What does it cost to work with you, and when do fees apply?

Joining the investor list is free — no subscription, no registration fee. A sourcing fee applies only if you choose to proceed with a specific opportunity; it's agreed per deal, in writing, before you commit, and payable only on completion. If we then manage the property, our management fees are the same transparent terms our landlords get.

How are opportunities vetted before I see them?

Every opportunity is checked against real operating knowledge from the areas we manage in: genuine local demand, realistic nightly rates and occupancy through the year, honest condition and compliance costs, and a workable management plan. If we wouldn't be confident running it ourselves, it doesn't reach the list.

Are you regulated?

Maine Property Solutions Ltd (Company No. 16187542) is a member of the Property Redress Scheme and registered with the ICO for data protection. We're happy to evidence both on request.

What are the typical timescales?

Matching depends on your criteria — it can take weeks or months for the right opportunity to surface, and we won't send filler in between. Once a purchase completes, our setup process typically takes a property from keys to first booking in around 7 days.

What does “hands-free” actually include?

Everything after completion: furnishing and styling, photography, compliance checks, listing across 30+ channels, dynamic pricing, guest vetting and communication, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and a monthly statement. You track it all from your owner dashboard.

Is there a minimum investment budget?

There's no fixed minimum — opportunities surface at different price points across the UK. That said, the more realistic your budget for the areas you want, the more matches you'll see. Tell us your range honestly and we'll tell you honestly what it can achieve.

Do I need to be UK-based?

No. Because the property is run hands-free by our team, overseas and remote investors can own UK property without being here — many prefer it that way. You'll want UK legal and tax advice, which your solicitor and accountant handle wherever you live.

What happens after I register?

We save your criteria and contact you only when an opportunity matches — no newsletters, no spam. You can update your criteria or come off the list at any time by emailing or calling us.

What if I want to exit, or move management elsewhere?

The property is yours — you can sell it or change management at any time, subject only to the notice period in your management agreement. No long tie-ins, no exit penalties from us.
