£250 Per Referral

Earn £250 for each successful property owner referral that becomes a paying client under our management.

No Limit

Refer as many property owners as you'd like. There's no cap on the number of referrals or rewards you can earn.

Quick Payout

Payment is processed within 30 days of the referred property going live under our management service.

Simple Process

Fill out the form, submit their details, and we handle the rest. No paperwork or complicated agreements needed.

Important Terms

The referred property owner must be a new client who hasn't worked with Maine Property Solutions previously.
The property must be accepted into our management programme and go live on our platform.
You cannot refer properties in which you have a financial interest or ownership stake.
One £250 reward per successful referral; multiple referrers for the same property will receive a single reward split accordingly.
Rewards are paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the property being live and actively accepting bookings.
We reserve the right to modify programme terms with 30 days' notice to existing referrers.
