Can you manage more than one Grandpont property?
Yes. Portfolio owners are a large part of what we do, and reporting is consolidated rather than one statement per unit.

We triage and arrange it through vetted trades. We are not a building contractor — we make introductions to the trades we use and the work is between you and them, priced before it starts.
How quickly do you respond to guests?
Guest messages are handled throughout the day, every day. Response speed is a ranking factor on most channels, so it is in our interest as much as yours.
What sort of property works best?
Well-located two and three bedroom properties with parking tend to work hardest, but the honest answer is that it varies by area and we would rather appraise than generalise.
