How does serviced accommodation management work in Orchard Square?

Do I need to furnish the property first?

On our fully managed service you carry the void, which is why we are candid at appraisal about whether a property suits short-let demand at all. If you want the void risk moved off you, that is what our guaranteed rent option is for.
How long does it take to go live in Orchard Square?
