Home/Send us a deal/Sell your house fast
For sellers who need speed
Sell your house fast.
Probate, repossession, a broken chain, a separation, or a house that needs more work than you want to do. Tell us the situation and we will take the details.

What we are, and what we are not.
We do not buy your house. Maine Property Solutions is not the buyer and does not make offers of its own. We introduce properties to investors on our list, and any offer comes from them.
You pay us nothing — not now, not on completion, not ever. We are paid by the buyer we introduce you to. That amount is agreed in writing, and we will tell you what it is before you commit to anything.
Buyers on our list buy below open market value. They trade a lower price for speed and certainty, so you will be offered less than a full open-market sale through an estate agent would be expected to achieve.
If price matters more to you than speed, use an estate agent. They will almost certainly get you more, and we would rather say so now than waste your time. We would also encourage you to take independent legal advice before agreeing to anything — a solicitor acting for you, not for a buyer.
Situations we see
Where a quick sale is sometimes the right answer.
Probate
A property inherited and empty, with a grant still in progress. We can take the details now and pick it up when the grant allows — nothing moves before you are able to sell.
Repossession
Where a lender has started action, time matters and so does accurate advice. Speak to your lender and to a debt adviser first — StepChange and Citizens Advice are free. If a sale is still the right route, we can take the details.
Divorce or separation
A jointly owned property that both parties want dealt with cleanly. Both owners need to agree to a sale, and each should take their own advice.
A broken chain
Your buyer pulled out and the purchase you were relying on is at risk. Tell us where things stand.
An inherited house that needs work
Empty, dated, or needing more spending than you want to put in.
A tenanted property you want out of
Tenants in place, or a portfolio you are winding down.
How it works
Three steps, no pressure.
You Send the Details
The address and roughly what the situation is. A couple of photos help. Nothing is committed by sending it.
We Take the Details
We log what you have sent and keep it on file. We will come back to you about next steps.
You Decide, In Your Own Time
There is no deadline from us, no expiring offer and no pressure to sign anything. Take independent advice first — we would rather you did.
