What does Maine Property Solutions actually do day to day?
Pricing and channel management, guest communication from enquiry to checkout, cleaning and linen scheduling, maintenance triage, and monthly reporting. The parts that eat a landlord's evenings are the parts we take.
Who deals with problem guests in Packmores?
We do. Guests are vetted before booking, house rules are set out in writing, and we handle any issue directly. You are not the phone number on the listing.
Can I still use the property myself?
Yes. Owner blocks go in the calendar and we work around them. Tell us early for peak dates so we are not turning away bookings we have already priced.
What are the fees?
Fully managed starts from 15% of booking income. Guaranteed rent is a fixed monthly figure instead. Which one is better for a given Packmores property depends on the property, and we will say if neither is worth doing.
